چکیده
Quadrupole moment of the hydrogen atom in a magnetic field B = 0– 4.414×10 G is calculated by two different methods. The first method is variational based on a single trial function. The second method deals with a solution of the Schrödinger equation in a form of a linear combination of the Landau orbitals.
